1. Nature of Generative AI

All graphics, layouts, templates, dialogues, character styles, and story boards are generated automatically by advanced deep learning models (Gemini / Imagen). Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, we do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, appropriateness, or completeness of the output.

2. User's Ownership and Responsibility

While you own the copyright of the specific combination of narrative layouts and graphics generated through MuseToon, you are solely responsible for verifying that your creations do not infringe upon existing third-party intellectual property or trademarks. MuseToon Team shall not be held liable for any copyright disputes, legal actions, or platform bans resulting from your commercial publication or sharing of AI-generated content.

3. Limit of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MuseToon Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of this service shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to MuseToon during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

This Services and Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”).
