Welcome to MuseToon (the “Platform” or “MuseToon”). The Platform and its related generative AI comic services are provided and controlled by the MuseToon Team (“we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and share your personal data when you use the MuseToon mobile application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect data to deliver, customize, and optimize your AI comic creation experience. The categories of information we collect include:

Information you choose to provide:

• Account & Profile Info: When you sign up via Google or Apple, we collect your unique identity provider ID, email address, and nickname.
• Created Content & Canvas Assets: We save your comic panel drafts, written texts, dialog bubble content, character designs, layout choices, and generated illustrations to synchronize your canvas across devices.
• Correspondence: If you contact us directly or submit feedback within the app, we keep record of your feedback details and optional screenshot attachments to resolve bugs.

Information collected automatically:

• Device & Log Data: We collect technical logs including your IP address, device brand/model, operating system version, crash logs, and app interaction patterns. This is processed to prevent billing abuse, optimize canvas performance, and troubleshoot crashes.
• Storage Access (Photo Library): If you import images to the canvas or save your generated comic panels to your phone, we request storage/photos access. We only access files you explicitly select for import or write generated images to your gallery.
• VIP Subscription Status: We retrieve transaction identifiers and subscription status from Google Play Store or Apple App Store to activate your VIP privileges. We do not store or process your bank card credentials.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information for the following legitimate purposes:

• To enable account creation and secure authentication;
• To save and synchronize your infinite canvas edits, drafts, and settings;
• To verify transaction records and manage VIP Diamond membership access;
• To run automated content auditing systems (UGC screening) to prevent prohibited prompts (e.g., child exploitation, violent graphics) in compliance with safety regulations;
• To improve our generative AI comic layout models and user experience.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to any third-party marketing companies. We may share information under strict confidentiality with:

• Cloud and AI Service Providers: Secure hosting and generative AI platforms (such as Google Cloud Vertex AI) used exclusively to process your image prompts;
• Succession of Business: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, where data may be transferred to the successor;
• Legal Enforcement: To respond to legally binding subpoenas, court orders, or requests from regulatory authorities to prevent actual fraud or security violations.

4. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request deletion of your MuseToon account at any time:

• Inside the App: Go to Profile > Settings > Account Deletion Center.
• Via Email: Send your request to 4freestudiooffical@gmail.com.

When an in-app account deletion request succeeds, your MuseToon user record, current Diamond balance, Diamond transaction history, and feedback database records are removed from the active account database. Existing MuseToon session tokens issued to that deleted user record are rejected. This cannot restore or refund spent or unused Diamonds.

• Archived comic assets: Your comic works, chapters, storyboard frames, canvas data, and character assets are removed from the App and cannot be restored through the deleted account. We mark these records as deleted, remove their direct internal user ID link, and retain them in a restricted archive for content safety, service reliability, quality evaluation, and product and AI improvement. The content itself may still include names, images, text, or other information that you supplied, so we do not represent these archived assets as anonymous.
• Purchase verification records: App Store and Google Play receipt, subscription, and delivery records may be retained after account deletion for duplicate-delivery prevention, reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or other legal obligations. MuseToon does not delete purchases or subscriptions managed by Apple or Google.
• Feedback attachments and backups: Feedback database records are deleted, but previously uploaded attachments and residual backup copies may not disappear immediately and may remain until the relevant storage or backup lifecycle completes, or longer where required for security or legal reasons.
• Third-party sign-in: Deleting MuseToon data does not delete or revoke your Google or Apple account. If you sign in again later with the same provider, MuseToon may create a new account; it will not restore the archived works from the deleted account.

Archived content is not made available to other users merely because it is retained. To request deletion of retained content or attachments, or to object to their use for product and AI improvement, email 4freestudiooffical@gmail.com. We will assess and respond to the request under applicable law and any security, technical, or legal retention requirements.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

MuseToon is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor under 18, we will immediately deactivate the account and delete the associated data from our records.

6. REGIONAL PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

We comply with global data protection frameworks, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe, the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and the VCDPA (Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act) in the United States. You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
