Welcome to MuseToon (the “Platform” or “MuseToon”). The Platform and its related generative AI comic services are provided and controlled by the MuseToon Team (“we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and share your personal data when you use the MuseToon mobile application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect data to deliver, customize, and optimize your AI comic creation experience. The categories of information we collect include:

Information you choose to provide:

• Account & Profile Info: When you sign up via Google or Apple, we collect your unique identity provider ID, email address, and nickname.
• Created Content & Canvas Assets: We save your comic panel drafts, written texts, dialog bubble content, character designs, layout choices, and generated illustrations to synchronize your canvas across devices.
• Correspondence: If you contact us directly or submit feedback within the app, we keep record of your feedback details and optional screenshot attachments to resolve bugs.

Information collected automatically:

• Device & Log Data: We collect technical logs including your IP address, device brand/model, operating system version, crash logs, and app interaction patterns. This is processed to prevent billing abuse, optimize canvas performance, and troubleshoot crashes.
• Storage Access (Photo Library): If you import images to the canvas or save your generated comic panels to your phone, we request storage/photos access. We only access files you explicitly select for import or write generated images to your gallery.
• VIP Subscription Status: We retrieve transaction identifiers and subscription status from Google Play Store or Apple App Store to activate your VIP privileges. We do not store or process your bank card credentials.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information for the following legitimate purposes:

• To enable account creation and secure authentication;
• To save and synchronize your infinite canvas edits, drafts, and settings;
• To verify transaction records and manage VIP Diamond membership access;
• To run automated content auditing systems (UGC screening) to prevent prohibited prompts (e.g., child exploitation, violent graphics) in compliance with safety regulations;
• To improve our generative AI comic layout models and user experience.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to any third-party marketing companies. We may share information under strict confidentiality with:

• Cloud and AI Service Providers: Secure hosting and generative AI platforms (such as Google Cloud Vertex AI) used exclusively to process your image prompts;
• Succession of Business: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, where data may be transferred to the successor;
• Legal Enforcement: To respond to legally binding subpoenas, court orders, or requests from regulatory authorities to prevent actual fraud or security violations.

4. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

You have the absolute right to control your data. You can delete your account at any time:

• Inside the App: Go to Profile > Settings > Account Deletion Center.
• Via Email: Send your request to 4freestudiooffical@gmail.com.

Upon deletion, all of your personal identifiers, canvas generation histories, and comic drafts will be permanently deleted from our active production systems. Any system backups containing your information will be completely and irreversibly scrubbed within thirty (30) days, except where retention is legally required for tax, accounting, or anti-fraud compliance.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

MuseToon is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor under 18, we will immediately deactivate the account and delete the associated data from our records.

6. REGIONAL PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

We comply with global data protection frameworks, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe, the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and the VCDPA (Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act) in the United States. You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
